Re: EVENTS or Meetings OF THE LAOTIAN CATHOLIC COMMUNITY OF CHICAGO in 2006-2007

1) We organized our Annual Lao New Year Celebration or Fundraiser which is held in Mid April 2006 and 2007. During this annual,
we also invited Laotian Catholic Families from Elgin and surrounding suburbs to participate.

2) We often called and did minister of the sick to the Laotian Catholic Families in Chicago as well as in Elgin as needed.

3) Khamphoui attended National Asian Patoral Leaders conference meeting in California in March 2006

4) We have usually participated with various Lao American Community organization�s events and activities in the Chicago and
surrounding suburbs as part of community relations.For examples, their fundraising events or someone�s funeral services.

5) We participated in National Convocation of the first Asian Pacific Catholic Americans in Washington D.C, in June 2006.

6) We participated in annual mass celebration with Sister Alice Thepouthay, Lao Catholic Community/National Lao Pastoral Center
in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in June 2006 or every year when Bishop Pierre Bach visited us.

7) We participated in the Midwest Conference on young and young adult Asian American leadership training at St. Mary of the
Lake University in 2006

8) We participated in the Archdiocese of Chicago three day Conference in Rosemont, Illinois in 2007

9) We participated in either quarterly or semi annual regional meeting with Sister Alice Thepouthay about Lao Catholic Community
in the USA based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

10) We participated in 1 day Archdiocese Parish Leadership Day at Maria High School in Spring 2007.

11) We participated at Fr. Peter Hung�s 40th anniversary on Sunday, May 27, 2007.

12) We participated and helped organize 3 day National Lao Catholic Conference which is held once every two years in the US and
Canada. Next Conference is held on Jun 29, 2007 to July 1, 2007 in Vancouver, Canada.

13) We participated in the Parish Corpus Kristi mass and procession annually.
